Mingliarti Tjahjana, MD, is an internist and primary care physician at One Health Medical Care in Reston, Virginia. Dr. Tjahjana is proud to offer her patients primary care services along with expanded services like obesity medicine and care for anxiety and depression. She offers a wide range of care, including treatments for diabetes, fibromyalgia, migraine headaches, weight loss, dermatology, and preventive care. Dr. Tjahjana, or Dr. T, as her patients fondly call her, prides herself on creating lasting relationships with her patients as she guides them through every stage in life. Dr. T understands that health issues can be frightening or confusing, which is why she takes the time to work with each patient individually, making sure they fully understand the treatment, diagnosis, and prevention process. This is helped by the fact that she is fluent in several languages, including English, Spanish, Mandarin Chinese, and Indonesian.

Certified by American Board of Internal Medicine and American Board of Obesity Medicine, Dr. Tjahjana received her medical degree from Universitas Padjadjaran in Indonesia, and completed her residency at Interfaith Medical Center in New York City. Dr. Tjahjana has also performed endocrinology research with the MedStar Research Institute in Washington, DC.

Dr. Tjahjana and her husband are proud parents of two active boys. She enjoys traveling, zumba, yoga, music, gardening, and cross-cultural cuisine.
