Dr. Mingliarti Tjahjana is a very caring and capable doctor. She patiently listens to your concerns and weighs all the options when suggesting treatment. The staff is also friendly and supportive. I’ve been seeing the doctor for over 2 years and highly recommend her to handle your primary care needs.

Dr. T is the absolute best! She takes her time explaining everything and always listens to my concerns. Her whole team is caring which makes any tests that have to be done in the office a breeze! Doctor Tjahjana is wonderful, I have been going to see her for so many, many years. She really cares about her patients and she’s very welcoming as well her office staff. The young ladies at the front desk are very friendly and helpful.

I was very happy with my visit today. Receptionist was welcoming, the wait was very short, the nurse practitioner was kind, understanding, accommodating in listening to all my symptoms, and they were able to do a last minute blood test for me. The NP also followed up by phone later in the day as well.

I have yet to meet with Dr. Tjahjana. However, I felt compelled to write this review based on her outstanding service-minded and diligent front office staff, RINA! Rina was not only friendly but also patient, as she listened to all my questions and provided detailed explanations, communicating clearly. When she was uncertain about the answer to one of my questions, she looked into it and followed up with me. It is unusual to interact with front office staff that show such care and responsibility. I'm selecting this practice not only because of Dr.'s credentials but also because of the professional initial reception by Rina.
It is the sixth Civil Surgeon's office in NoVA (recommended by USCIS) that I have contacted to schedule an appointment with. I declined to schedule with four out of those offices (despite the impressive credentials of the MDs they represented) because the front office staff did not instill sufficient trust or credibility; some failed to listen or answer even basic questions, while others seemed to want to hang up. One front officer was eager to schedule but said I needed to make a "pre-consultation" with her ahead of the medical examination itself and pay double the amount.
Patients often feel that the front office staff reflects the professionalism, honesty, friendliness, and work ethics of the MD they represent. Their role in the initial patient acquisition is critical.
So Dr. Tjahjana, this staff member, Rina, is more than a keeper! :)

Absolutely love Nurse Blythe. First time meeting her she was warm and understanding and very relatable. I love that we had so much in common from shows, movies, family, traveling, family traveling. It just feels like I'm talking to a friend at the same time as her explaining health issues or ideas to work on together. She is just the sweetest person.

I was very pleased with the new nurse practitioner I had when I came in on 8/22. I saw her becase the doctor and Amy was busy with other patients. It was a breath of fresh air, she had a great bedside manner and I found her engaging, funny and made me feel comfortable. I hope she will be a regular at your practice.

Dr. Tjahjana has been my primary doctor for seven years and she has always done and outstanding job. She addresses all my concerns and questions in the he most professional and polite manner. She is the best. I highly recommend her services.
